Why isn't my .NET application working?

If you're trying to run your .NET application but it's failing to display properly, it is probable please check the following things:

Ensure ASP.NET is enabled on your web site in Helm. In Helm 3, log into the Helm CP at https://cp.infuseweb.com, then click the domains icon, then click your domain from the domains list, then click the Web Site Settings icon from the domain's main menu. Now, ensure ASP.NET is enabled and click Save.

If ASP.NET is working, then the folder you're trying to access may need IIS application privileges assigned to it. Unfortunately this cannot be done through the Helm control panel. To resolve this issue, please open a support ticket and let us know the web site and which folder(s) need application privileges and we will enable it for you.
